  • We respond to customers’ requests the same business day the request is made if received by 3 p.m.
  • We treat our customers in a professional, courteous, and competent manner.
  • We still answer our phones – at WWSD you will not be greeted by a machine or message
  • We offer our customers all of the conveniences that modern technology offers. Our customers can pay their bills, review their water usage, or find a wide variety of information about the District on-line.
  • 100% of our operation employees are State Certified.  We strive to be experts in water and wastewater.
  • We are accessible, responsive, and creative as we strive to meet the needs of our customers
